Service Description

Discover a passion for cooking with the MS School Culinary Arts Class at TruLearn. This class provides middle school students with hands-on experience in the kitchen, learning essential culinary skills, and exploring a variety of ingredients and flavors. Get ready to turn up the heat and let your creativity run wild in this exciting culinary experience. This hands-on cooking experience is designed to help high school students develop essential cooking skills. From learning basic knife skills to mastering sophisticated recipes, students will gain a deep understanding and appreciation for the art of cooking. Dive in and discover your passion for the culinary arts. Here is a list of skills we will focus on: Knife skills at the beginning of the year. Students will learn how to chop, dice, slice, and mince fruits and vegetables. Trim and cut down a pork loin, quarter a chicken. Baking will include breads and homemade butters, tarts, cheesecake, crème brû·lée, cannoli. Some main dishes will be chops, from the loins the kids will cut, fish, and chicken. Students will learn how to plan a meal with protein, vegetables, grains, and a dessert.

Cancellation Policy

I agree to the Terms & Conditions: * The admin fee is $50, except for bible classes which are free. * Times may change as classes are added. We will notify you if any changes are made, and you will have the opportunity to drop the class free of charge if it does not work with your schedule. * For all classes before July 31, withdrawals are granted a full refund minus a $45 processing fee. From August 1st until the second week after classes start, students may withdraw from a class for a 50% refund. After the second week of classes, no refund is given. * TruLearn reserves the right to combine or cancel any class that does not have the minimum number of students to make a class. Parents will be notified well in advance if any cancellation is needed, and a full refund will be given, including the processing fee.
