Service Description

In this class we will cover concepts such as: food safety, personal safety, menu planning, creating shopping lists, napkin folding/table setting, kitchen utensils and equipment, reading recipes, and measurement and conversions in recipes. The vast majority of the class will be spent in the kitchen making a variety of different foods. We will spend time cooking main meals, appetizers, horderves, desserts, and breads. In order to make sure we have ample time to bake a wide variety of foods from start to finish, I will teach in a two-block time instead of the traditional one-hour class. When we get to the unit on bread, our time may go slightly longer due to the bread rising. We will proof the bread to speed up the process. Anyone who is not able to stay until completion can arrange to get their bread at a later time.

Cancellation Policy

I agree to the Terms & Conditions: • For all classes & courses, before August 31 withdrawals are granted a full refund. Students may withdraw from a course through the second week that class starts. After the second week of classes, no refund is given.
